At The Med Spa of Kingwood, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. To ensure clarity and fairness, we kindly ask that you review our policies before your appointment. These include our cancellation and rescheduling policy, discount guidelines, payment options, and tipping preferences. Our policies are designed to respect both our clients' time and our providers' schedules. POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Appointments made and cancelled on the same day will also incur this fee. If we are unable to charge your charge the cancellation fee, you will be required to pay the fee prior to booking your next appointment
GIFT CARDS

Gift cards with a promotion are not valid for use on the day of purchase.

Must be redeemed within one year from the purchase date.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced
FORMS
All clients must complete all forms sent when appointment is made. This includes all in spa, tele-med and mobile massage services. Forms can be completed ahead of time or once you arrive at the spa. If you need assistance to complete your forms please arrive early and speak with our Client Coordinator upon arrival.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, except if paying with cash (see terms & conditions
PROMOTIONS
Management reserves the right to make changes to specials, promotions or discounts at any time without prior notice.
APPROPRIATE CONDUCT
Providers reserve the right to stop a session if there is inappropriate behavior or remarks. Client will be held responsible for the cost of the full service if the session is ended early.
TIPPING
Our providers prefer cash for tips. If your appointment doesn’t require a payment but you’d like to leave a tip, please note that we do not accept tip-only credit card payments. However, we offer Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp QR codes for individual providers as a convenient alternative to cash.

Providers do not diagnose or heal any medical conditions
First 20 miles is included, $1 per additional mile
A $25 fee will be assessed if therapist has to setup upstairs
Appointments after 8:30pm will be charged an additional $40 fee.

The specials are only valid on the specific dates listed below. Certain services have limited availability, appointments are first come, first served, so book quickly to secure your spot—once slots are filled, there will be no additional availability! Note: Some services require a consultation prior to services
SERVICE FEES & CASH DISCOUNTS
All services will have a service fee applied of 5%. If paying with cash, the service fee will be waived and an additional discount of 2.5% will be applied.
